Is 123 Oppas free?
For babysitters, completely. Parents can search and reply for free. To send the first message, parents buy a 30-day pass for €9.95.
Is the pass a subscription?
No. You pay once and the pass stops automatically after 30 days. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
How does 'no reply, money back' work?
If you wrote to at least 3 babysitters in the first 7 days of your pass and none of them replied, a refund button appears in the app. You can use it up to 14 days after purchase.
Are babysitters screened?
Babysitters can have their ID and VOG checked by our team; you see this as a badge on the profile. We do not employ babysitters, so always meet and check references yourself.
Why do I not see some profiles?
Profiles of people who have not been active for 30 days are hidden. That way you only see babysitters who can actually reply.
Can I search for a babysitter who speaks my language?
Yes. Filter on languages in the search, for example Arabic, Turkish, Polish, Ukrainian or Persian.
Is my address visible?
No. Others see your first name, the first letter of your surname and your city. On the map the location is approximate.
How do I pay?
With iDEAL | Wero, card or Bancontact through Mollie.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Settings → Delete account. Your profile, messages and photos are removed immediately.
From what age can I babysit?
You can sign up as a babysitter from 16 years old.
